Amid the criminal terrorism, economic crisis, labor protests and the disastrous effects of El Niño, a student at the Technical University of Callao - stirring mixture of political and religious compulsive as Masks, receives a FAL firing in the same Palace of Government.

After a violent sermon on the Plaza de Armas, Carlos Castillo Walfredo Arrasco stormed the Government House this June 6, 1983 drawing out of a car.

The escort, in a loud voice ordered him twice to stop, but Arrasco, who describes the environment as suffering from mental illness, insisted sneak inside the Government House when one of the guards shot him.

Its absurd and desperate attempt cost him his jaw, teeth and inner destroyed.
